Latching or Momentary — One Series, Both Actions
A self-locking (latching) push button stays in its pressed state until pressed again; a momentary push button returns as soon as it is released. Most Swiclick PB models can be supplied in either action from the same body, so a design can change between self-lock and momentary behaviour without changing footprint. These are miniature PCB-mount switches (5.8 mm SMT, 7×7 / 8×8 mm through-hole, SPDT or DPDT) — not panel-mount metal buttons.
Quality & Certifications
Swiclick push button switches are manufactured under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality systems, with UL, ENEC (certificate ENEC-01613) and TÜV Rheinland approvals. Certificates are available on request for design qualification.
Common Applications
