1、Company & Certification
We are a manufacturer. Tooling, injection molding, stamping, assembly, and testing are all completed in-house. Factory and production line photos or videos can be provided upon request.
Swiclick operates under ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management systems. Product-level approvals and compliance documents are model-specific. Selected G-series snap-action micro switches are covered by UL recognition, ENEC certification to EN 61058-1 through TÜV Rheinland, and related certification documentation. Certificate scope should always be checked against the exact model being qualified.

Datasheets and dimensional drawings are available for standard models. Additional technical files can be provided where available. For custom or modified products, documentation is confirmed according to the project scope.
Yes. Customization is supported. Minimum order quantity and development lead time depend on project complexity.
Relevant environmental and material-compliance documentation can be provided according to the exact product and customer requirement. Compliance should be confirmed for the specific model rather than assumed across the full product range.

Yes. Typically 1–50 free samples, with a standard lead time of within 4 days.

4、Pricing & Orders
Direct factory supply, reduced intermediaries, and flexible manufacturing help lower small-batch costs. We focus on high value, not low quality.
MOQ varies by model. Standard products typically range from several hundred to several thousand units and are usually based on minimum packaging quantities. Negotiable.
Standard lead time is 7–15 working days. Urgent orders can be expedited subject to production capacity.
T/T, PayPal, and other methods can be discussed.
Typically 30 days. Significant raw material price fluctuations will be notified separately.
5、Quality & After-Sales Support
Swiclick uses incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection together with model-specific testing. Available equipment includes life-cycle testers, electrical continuity equipment and temperature/humidity test equipment. The required test plan depends on the switch model and application.
Issues are first analyzed for root cause. If responsibility lies with us, we offer replacement, rework, or replenishment. For major batch issues, on-site technical support can be arranged.
A standard 6-month warranty from shipment date is provided. Special terms can be discussed if required.
6、Logistics & Packaging
Standard packaging includes plastic bags and cartons. Custom labeling, palletizing, or ESD packaging is available upon request.
Shipments can be made from Ningbo or Shanghai ports, via sea freight or air courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
